Mission Statement

To engage business in supporting all young people in West Sussex to become part of a successful UK workforce through a relevant and challenging curriculum.

To achieve this, our key aims are:

  1. To engage and support key stakeholders – particularly schools, colleges and businesses – in delivering wider learning opportunities for young people.
  2. To deliver high-quality opportunities for young people to increase creativity, innovation and work-readiness in order to meet developing business need.
  3. To work in partnership to identify learners at risk of becoming disengaged and provide work related learning opportunities to help ensure they are supported.
  4. To work in partnership to ensure young people progress positively into further learning or work.
