What does the Education Business Partnership do?
West Sussex Education Business Partnership brings together local schools, colleges and businesses for the mutual benefit of both. It brokers relationships between school and employers for students aged 14-19. It offers a range of opportunities such as work experience and enterprise activities. It also supports the professional development of teachers by offering them the opportunity to spend time in business in order to increase their knowledge, understanding and skills thus bringing the world of work into their teaching.
What does the EBP offer?
West Sussex Education Business Partnership works to prepare young people for the world of work in particular and adult life in general, raise teacher awareness of the world of work and work-related curriculum, contribute to raising student achievement via work-related learning support the business community to create a world class competitive workforce for the future, promote the benefit of lifelong learning.
How do I get involved?

How much will it cost me?
Our services are FREE to businesses. All we ask is that you provide some time, enthusiasm, expertise and good humour!
Do I need a CRB check?
Almost all our activities do not require you to be CRB checked. However, if this is not the case, we will inform you beforehand.
What should I do if I have an idea for a project?
We're always looking for new ways to excite and motivate students. If you have any ideas, please contact your co-ordinator to discuss them!
